'La Via Silente' cycling itinerary

‘La Via Silente’ is a marvellous fifteen stage cycle ride of nearly 600 kilometres around the UNESCO-listed Cilento National Park is southern Italy.

Its name means the ‘silent way’ and the ride includes long unspoilt stretches along the Mediterranean coast, a mountain peak of over 2,000 metres, the best-preserved ancient Greek temples in the world, an uninhabited medieval village, a historic UNESCO monastery, the birthplace of the Mediterranean diet and views, food and nature from heaven.
