Eight years ago the Mediterranean diet was recognised as being an integral part of the heritage of this area around the comune di Pollica. In Pioppi, the adopted home of the Mediterranean diet, there will be 3 days of talks, tasting and celebrating this healthy way of eating. There will be music, gastronomic tours and lots of yummy food.
