The Cilento National Park, specifically the coastal town of Pioppi located ten minutes drive from Capalia farm, is considered one of the hearts of the Mediterranean Diet. Cilentani have been shown to live longer, something (probably) down to their diet.

This is a collection of recipes that consider the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet. We draw on our Italian heritage and experience of the Cilento and mix it with northern European traditions and ingredients.
